Request
One receiving a request for manpower, we refer to our data bank for quick mobilization. In some cases advertising is necessary which is taken care of by our adminsitrative staff. Candidates are pre-screeened by our engineers & professional in that particular field; However, we welcome our client's suggestion for any specific method of recruitment and thier presence at any stage of the recruitment.
Trade Test
After the personal interviews, if the candidates are found suitable they are sent for trade test. Candidates are rewarded with certficates on sucessful completion of the test. Only high skilled candidates are selected.
Medical Test
Successful candidates are examined by a competent medical authority by the GCC embassy/ consulate of kingdom of GCC.
Deployment Time
Normally, we take 7 to 10 Days Maximum in all to send the workers from India to the country of employment or within the time frame set by our clients from the date of interviews & medicals.
